I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service center. I was in a time crunch and Bill and Holly went above and beyond to take care of the issues I was having with my car and getting it inspected. They were super pleasant and were able to fit me in. It meant so much to me they were so helpful because I do not know much about cars and I took my car to Mavis tire previously to try to get my check engine light turned off but they did not fix the problem. They were able to figure out why my light was on, drive it 50 miles and inspect my car all in a matter of a few days. They are kind, genuine people and although I do not live in town anymore, I would make the drive to get their service.

After getting the (Simmons Rockwell) runaround several times from the service manager on our Nissan at Simmons Rockwell we decided to come to Williams Kia, very glad we did. Josh was a very professional salesman. Really not too pushy at all. He treated with much kindness and respect. Josh was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were buying.
